Configurable Messaging
There are a number of settings, which allow you to edit the message for the Click & Collect option in the checkout, the estimated pick-up time, the subject line for the customer Click & Collect email notification and the message customers see on the Payment Success page.
Order Management
To make it easy for you to process Click & Collect orders, we have developed an easy-to-use admin interface. You can charge, refund or cancel orders, pick order items and mark an order ready to collect once all items are picked. Once the customer has collected their order, you can complete the order.
Email Notifications
Depending on your customer service processes, you may wish to call customers when their order is ready for collection. If so, you can choose to disable email notifications through a setting. This means that no email is sent to the customer when the order is marked ready for pick-up.
Product Availability
If there are certain products you wish to exclude from Click & Collect, you can exclude them and the website will display a message in the user interface. There are also settings for promotional and sale products, which allow you to choose whether you make these products available for Click & Collect.
Hide Click & Collect
There is a setting which allows you to enable or disable Click & Collect. When disabled, the feature and its messaging will be hidden from the front end.
Flag Overdue Orders
The admin interface flags orders that are running behind schedule to ensure customer orders are being processed timely. You can edit the overdue timeframe through a setting to make adjustments if required.
